Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Two to Complex Commercial Litigation Team
ATLANTA (October 29) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Kathryn Ederle and Bennett Richardson as associates on the Complex Commercial Litigation Team in the firm’s Atlanta office.
- Kathryn Ederle’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters. She is also experienced in white collar criminal defense matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ederle was Of Counsel at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta. She returns to Kilpatrick Townsend where she practiced from 2010-2014. Ms. Ederle is a graduate, Valedictorian, of the University of Florida and earned her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law.
- Bennett (Ben) Richardson’s practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, he was an associate at a New Orleans-based law firm. Prior to private practice, Mr. Richardson served as a law clerk for the Hon. W. Keith Watkins, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is a graduate of Davidson College and earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.
